 Great quality -- for fixed carry handle only August 22, 2007

This is an excellent quality, all metal rail. Viewing down the sight channel is clear and unobstructed, enabling use of backup iron sights without trouble. Note that this rail will *not* fit removable carry handle AR's (e.g. A3-M4 carbines). For applications where the scope needs to be mounted on a removable carry handle, a rail that is certain to fit is Northeast Firearms NEA202. An NEA202 costs roughly three times what this rail does.

This is a very good product, good quality and very well designed. But the shipping cost is very high(more than the 50% of the real price) and shipping is extremly slow.
