1 out of 5 stars Decent at best   November 14, 2007

The mask kinda gets the job done and will guard your head from oncoming paintballs, but you CAN NOT USE THIS MASK IF IT IS WARM OUT! After about 3 minutes of playing in warm weather, because it's a full head mask, it will fog up to the point where you can't see a thing, and will become extremely hot. Do not get full head masks, they're just too hot and fog up (even in the winter). Get a face mask, and if you don't like paint in your hair, just wear a baseball hat backwards...

5 out of 5 stars Read below...   August 17, 2007
There's a reason why I bought another of the same mask/helmet and my other review says it. Read it.

I didn't buy a second one because the first broke. I bought it for a friend who liked mine.

5 out of 5 stars Best bang for the buck!   August 2, 2007
I was very skeptical about the quality of this face/head mask (even qualifies to be called a helmet) due to the price. But alas, JT comes through for paintballers who are on a tight budget. It's a decent mask and offers excellent protection. The material is soft, rubbery plastic that is flexible enough not to crack on hard impact. You would have to stomp on this or cut it up with a big scissor to physically damage it. The goggles doesn't fog as long as the temperature outside and inside (the mask) are more or less the same. If you're playing during winter time, for example, just change to higher quality lenses and you'd feel so much better than spending $70 on masks that only protect your face. JUST MAKE SURE THE LENS YOU BUY ARE FOR THE RIGHT MASK!

5 out of 5 stars Great mask   June 4, 2007

This mask is cheap, light, full cover, no fog, very comfortable. I especially like the fact that it's a cheap full head cover mask, b/c I got hit many times in places usually not covered by goggles or open masks. I feel like a Formula 1 driver in this mask.

4 out of 5 stars It's ok, light comfy but can fog without thermal lens   March 29, 2007

This is probably one of the best masks around when it comes to protection, it's low on the front and covers the whole top, sides and most of the back of your head. No more backwards hats slipping or buying headbands to add to your gear. It's comfy but can get a little warm on the inside, hence the 3 star rating. It's very light for it's size and coverage. Also, the lens like to fog unless you get a set of thermal lens like mine now has, got a killer deal in them and love this mask. Excellent mask for someone who's starting or a whimp and can't take a hit in the head. It's also stylish and smooth. Lens can be hard to change if you're unexperienced in the process. Don't count on anymore head bounces, it's sure to break on top of your head, so u'll wanna keep your head down. Kinda hard to judge how high you head is because of the space. Chin strap feels a little irritating but holds it in place well.
