1 out of 5 stars Good price, ugly and DOA   February 24, 2008
I can only comment on how this thing looks since mine never worked. The case had a bunch of scratches in it. Is this a new style, the "used look"? I didn't particularly care for that shade of green either, but for $10 who cares right? I chucked it in the trash since it wasn't worth the effort to exchange a $10 USB flash drive.

I bought a Sony MicroVault to replace this one. It works well, looks good and has a retractable USB connector so there's no cap to lose.

5 out of 5 stars Linux to Mac to PC to DVD Player without installations   February 23, 2008

I use this to move files around from my (Ubuntu) Linux, Mac (OS X), Windows, and even my Oppo DVD Player with a USB Connection to view photos and play MP3 files. It works as expected, no driver installations, no headaches.

4 out of 5 stars Kingston DTI 4 GB USB Flash Drive   February 23, 2008
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the flimsy plastic end piece that you're suppose to clip on to keychain or something. If you did this it would break. I removed the wrist hanger from my old film camera and attached it my Kingston so I would be able to find it easily on my desk or purse. Works great, great value! This is my 2nd Kingston, my other one is a 2 GB and I've had it for 2 years and it still works like a champ.

5 out of 5 stars Great drive for price   February 22, 2008
Wow... nice drive the the price. A quick read/write test shows almost 15 MB/sec read and almost 10 MB/sec write. Windows says it is a DataTraveler 2.0. It's small and light and seems to work quite well.

5 out of 5 stars Great Buy   February 21, 2008
WOW, what a purchase. 4 gigabytes for $22. It is a nice looking unit too. Made of plastic, so be careful, but it holds a lot of information for the price. Buy them for stocking stuffers for next Christmas.
