5 out of 5 stars Ballin'   April 9, 2008
If this gun were a woman I would marry it. I have had it for many years without a single problem. I would just reccomend to tighten the screw for the fore grip before use.

4 out of 5 stars good gun   February 2, 2008
Good gun but it nees a 12" or a 14" barrel and the responce trigger.

3 out of 5 stars Lots of Pros and Cons   January 6, 2008

Ok so I have had this gun for about a year now and have used it alot (about 15 times all day at a park and about once a week in my yard)

Here is what I think about it...

Pros- It can lookpretty awsome with tons of mods Its pretty intimidating whe you see this monstr on the other side.
It has the most aftermarket parts for any paintball gun.
If Kept in proper care i.e. cleaned and oiled, then it will probably NEVER break.
You can use a flatline barrel. These are a little overrated though ( I have one)
Has a cyclone feed, which means when you fire there will Always be a paintball coming out of the barrel.
Easy to clean with pull pin design.

Cons-
requires alot of money ( i have spent bout $600 on it) just to get it to perform better than an enty level (cheap)paintball gun or to change it significantly from its stock perforance/looks.
Uses the Fatline barrel which i think is overrated unless you buy a regulator or something to make it accurate, otherwise you can shoot paint really far but you dont have a chance in hell to hit anything because it goes so many different directions.
Its Very loud, and Eats Gas.very heavy (made of cast metal)

Conclusion- if you want a strong sturdy, ad unbreakable gun maybe for somone just getting into paintball then get it, but dont expet it to be awsome, it shoots slow, uses alot of gas and isnt any more acurate than a cheap gun

It's a gun, it shoots. That is the only thing good about it. I mean if you are going to spend 200$ you'd be better off spending it on a gun such as an Evil Omen, WGP SuperStock, Diablo Mongoose 2, Smart Parts Ion, or save up a few hundred more dollars and get an Ego. I used these guns before there is nothing special about it. If you are looking for a gun to customise get a spyder victor they are only around 80-100$ and you can do basically anything to that gun. But if you are a new at paintballling this gun is fine, but why not buy something cheaper for your first gun? Or all the guns I listed are around 100-200$ and WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!! I've owned all of them and they are the best guns I've every owned. I've never had anything go wrong with the Evil Omen, WGP SuperStock, Diablo Mongoose 2, Smart Parts Ion, and Ego. Unlike the A5 I had that gun and the first time I went out it broke. So who ever is thinking of buying this gun DON'T! Buy an Evil Omen, WGP SuperStock, Diablo Mongoose 2, Smart Parts Ion, or Ego.

5 out of 5 stars Best gun   October 28, 2007

The A 5 is the best all around gun in my opinion. It works great for woodsball. Its very reliable, it only has problems when the co2 is running low. but a 20oz tank works great, i can get over 600 shots easy with one. It also never chops paintballs, even with the crappiest paintballs, it still shoots them as if they were the expensive quality paintballs. The A 5 is a must have for all woodsball players who enjoy brining fear to the other team and dominating any paintball course. the only problem iv had is the front grip handle fell of a couple times. but its no problem, also the cyclone system works incredably but seems to attract pantballs, every time iv gone paintballing its been shot. I give the A 5 5stars because it is an awsome gun and never skips shots or breaks paintballs.
