Lap swimmer plugs March 3, 2008
I bought this plug for practicing my kayak roll at a local pool. They are fine for that. The price is right. I will buy a sturdier plug for use on the river.

Really good noseclip. It stays put and never slips off. I bought a different one recently and lost it the first day I used it within 1 hour. This one I've used over 10 times within 3 weeks aprox. already and so far so good.

I had been swimming all summer and was having a terrible time with the water going up my nose and down my throat. I wore this and that stopped. I may not get to use it much more this summer but it will be used on a daily basis next year. I have Primary Progressive MS and the swimming is awesome. Fast shipping! THAK YOU!!!

I bought the nose clip because face masks always seem to leak for me. With the use of the clip to keep water out of my nose, I can use a snorkel rubberbanded to the head strap of my very comfortable swimming goggles and not have to worry about leaks. Of course I don't know yet how long the clip will last, but Speedo is a good brand, the clip is comfortable, and I've already gotten a lot of use out of it. Joan Frost
