I have used these before and they are great for keeping you toes warm in colder weather. Also I have Reynauds disease and that makes my feet extra cold and painful in the winter. You can wear them with your regular shoes as they don't take up alot of room in your shoe.
Cold Feet March 22, 2008
I live in a cold place in winter. I'm outside a lot and my feet get real cold. Now that I'm using Toasties toes my feet stay comfortable. When I'm on the tractor and it's down around zero I have warm feet. Thanks toastie toes.

These are fantastic little warmers that work fast and really do last up to 5 hours. It is a simple chemical reaction (charcoal, iron powder, vermiculate) inside the packet that reacts with oxygen (air). It is very useful for immediate warm-ups when out in the cold. They are also very useful for after skiing or skating in the boots, but be warned that warming your feet can cause sweating which will make you even colder. Use them only after you are done in the snow.

this item does not seem to last for more than 2 hours,and doesn't work very well when temperatures are 0 or below.will not buy them again.the weather here is too cold for such a product to work well.0 and above you can feel some minimum heat.below 0 degrees its worthless

I work in a flower shop & have been using these for years! My daughter gives me a case for Xmas every year. They do last all day & I don't remove them until bedtime & they are usually still warm. The best part for me? My feet are always warm, (not hot), & I forget I'm even wearing them. I would not leave the house w/out them.
