I brought this for my neice and she loved them. At her birthday party they are all she talked about. Even after the party that is all she talked about. They work great too. She is a rough and tough little girl and she hasn't broke them. If they can hold up to her then I think they can take a lot and still work. 5 stars all the way!!!

Good basic skates, including pads. Easily fit over shoes, and have proven dependable. Are holding up well with repeated use. Nice fat wheels.

These are fun for the first timer with assistance from a parent. I would not encourage a child to go it alone with these, you definitely need a parent, grandparent or another suitable person to assist the child. They are adjustable and fit over most shoes. I encourage the use of not only the knee and elbow pads, but also gloves and a helmut as your child may fall several times while learning to use the skates properly. They are cute, they come in their own bag and should be used on a flat surface without any bumps.

This skate may look a lot cheaper than the other leading-brand kids' skate at the store....but we love it for that reason! It is MUCH easier to get on and off, much easier to adjust, and it's easier to roll in too! My daughter got these when she was 3, and although she'd rather hold my hand, she does great on her own too. We love the carry case and the elbow/knee pads too. Great purchase!

I didn't like these at all. The toes are too pointy and wouldn't fit. Might be ok for younger children than stated.
