If you're thinking about getting one of these, you should. It's light, strong, and convenient. The liter is actually not too big- I'd recommend it if you're using it daily in a backpack. More water, and it's still relatively small and light. Enjoy!
good, but dents easily June 29, 2008
I decided to go with a metal bottle because i wouldn't have to worry about plastic chemicals getting into the water. It's a pretty convenient size, holds a good amount of water. Only complaint is the metal dents very easily. They could have put a protective plastic layer on the outside or something to make it more durable, especially seeing as it cost $20. Apart from that it's a good bottle as long as you don't care about a few dents.

I love my Sigg bottle. It's so lightweight and so much better than plastic without the harmful chemicals. Be careful not to drop it too much, though. Mine already has dents in it, and I just got it.

I've been using this to take water to work for about 2 months. A lot of coworkers have no idea what this bottle is and it's fun to educate them. I bought the red bottle and I LOVE it! It keeps water cool and I feel better knowing I'm not using two plastic water bottles a day anymore. I will be buying a smaller version for trips.

I loooove my Sigg and I actually purchased this one as a gift for a friend (who now also loves it). They keep things pretty hot or cold for a while and weight next to nothing. After a very hard life, mine has a small dent in it, but it still works fine. Definitely worth the investment
