The Magic Hockey Stick February 23, 2006
I bought this book for my five yr. old son. We LOVE it! The pictures are fabulous and even at five my son was able to grasp the meaning of the sticks magic. We highly recommend this book not only to hockey lovers, but to anyone who wants to teach their children about sharing and helping others!

What a fun book! My little hockey fan loves to read it aloud, to anyone who will listen. This coming at a time when, though he is a fabulous reader, he complains when asked to read something aloud (he'd much rather be PLAYING "hockey"). The story is interesting to hockey fans, the inclusion of Wayne Gretsky's name and record is compelling to young hockey fans, and the rhyming text makes it fun to read. You'll love this book!
Great book for hockey lovers or not hockey lovers March 29, 2004
My 3 year old loves hockey and it's hard to find hockey books for children, but not only was this an amazing find for the hockey part, but it is an amazing Seuss-like story that we read over and over and over. The story is so cute and it is written so well and the hero of the story is a girl hockey player, which makes Mom proud! My son, and all of us LOVE this book. Thank you Peter and Felicia for writing such an amazing childrens story about a time honored sport!
