This is an easy to follow dvd. The ball seems to be of good quality, but the air pump is kind of a pain to use. I put between my knees and make pumping up the ball a workout in itself(haha). The ball is a little big for me- when you have to roll over on your belly and reach the floor- my arms are short or something??? I had a really hard time doing some of the moves correctly. (I'm 5ft 4in) Not bad though if you want a beginners ball work out... my husband loves to use it for ab workouts-- he's 6ft 3in....

This is very thin ball from china but does work. THe crap china pump even worked good enough to fill a second china exercise ball when its china crap pump did not work. Why do we even mess with stuff and junk from china? cause its cheap and we do not care about quality. Would have liked to see it made some place else but it was not. It is a low quality plastic ball that everyone seems all too happy to pay too much for.

I actually purchased this for my daughter. She is a bit hyper and bounces on this when she watches tv.

My daughter and I love this ball. She is excercising and doesn't even know it. It gives you a great stretch on your back and so nice to do sit ups on. Much better then lying on the hard floor.
