The ball is great for the complete abs workout. The video is pretty lame.
Perfect balance ball kit! July 15, 2008
This kit is great. Its got everything you need to get a good strength work out at home. The ball and band are just the right size and you can do so much with them! I love the dvd with Tanja, she is personable and motivating and I plan on buying more of her workout dvds. I don't really like the other dvd...the lady is a bit...different...
Anyways...good purchase. I defintely feel that I got more than my money's worth. I highly reccommend it!

This has probably turned out to be the best purchase I made while pregnant. It's a little smaller than expected after seeing other balance balls in the gym and in childbirth classes, but it's the perfect height for me (I'm 5'5"). Its permanent home is in the family room. I sit on it when I watch TV, eat dinner, fold laundry, the list could go on. When I get bored, I just start using it to exercise without needing to get up or go somewhere else. I know I'll also get use out of it once baby arrives for soothing bouncing, strengthening my core and for the kids to play with. The thing I like best about it is it doesn't pick up carpet lint, dirt or pet fur from the floor as I expected it would. The surface stays clean. We'll always have a balance ball in our household now!

This is the second dvd with Tanja that I bought and I just love her! I also love the videos from this series from Gaiam, all filmed outside in a gorgeous scenery. The workout is challenging and fun, and it is a joy to watch and listen to Tanja. She is healthy and down to earth and she just makes you feel that you want to lead a healthy life style.
On the package it says "Tanja Djelevic believes that working out is not really about work it s an outlet for fun" and that is totally true about her workouts. I already own one of her dvds and I just ordered another one. Tanja is so different from all the other instructors out there, it is refreshing.
