I've been using this device for as long as 3 months and I have to say that except for an unnoticeable toning, the device is completely useless. I'd better back to the gym and exercise my abdominals by myself

Excellent product!! The refills last a very long time. My abs look and feel great. In fact, people eat lunch off my abs from 12-2PM on Thursdays.
