UGH, suckered again. Difficult to put together--had to arrange for a neighbor to take time to do this for me and I am not a weakling. Flimsy equipment, but most important it hurt my back.

Don't waste your money. This is the worst product I've purchased. No resistance, better just to do natural sit-ups.

This product is not worth $135! What you see in the infomercial is not what you will receive. The device is made of lightweight plastic and do not resemble the advertised product in any way. It's cheaply constructed and weighs 2-3 pounds at the most. I was so disappointed that I returned it via UPS the same day that I received it!!

i'd give it 3 and a 1/2 really, bc it certainly does the job, which is the main goal. but if you are too tall or too short, it's not as easy. my fiance is too tall for it and he doesn't like it. i'm on the short side and i find that putting a pillow on the seat helps it from hurting my back as i roll up, it's hard enough to keep my head in place. BUT you really feel the burn. if it were designed better, i'd give it more stars. you can def do way more crunches, etc. with it than without!
