The abrocker is fantastic. It's eay to use, compact and can easlily be done while watching television once you know your routine. The DVD thst comes with it has some unexpected added bonuses. Aside from beginner, itermediate and advanced classes for the abrocker, there is an excellent cardio class. It's a dance arobics workout that is easy, fun and a great workout. I am thrilled with my purchase!

This device was, unfortunately, too small for my frame, and the tension on it's adjusters inadequate, at maximum, to provide a good workout. I returned it for the partial refund allowed.

I read other reviews and thought this would be hard to assemble. It was so simple and I love the workout you get. You can really feel it. I have other ab machines and this I say is my favorite. This is worth buying.
 Not for big people September 9, 2008
The Ab Rocket is a nice looking piece of equipment. it's nicely built and sturdy, but it's not made for big people. Like 6'2" 260 lbs. My wife uses it and it works for her. The strongest springs are too light for me, my head sits way over the last rubber rest on the machine so basically I can't use it. The video is fine. So I would recommend this machine for medium size women only.

I feel the remarks about the spring are true however my belief is that the springs only give enough tension to bring itself up and give you some back stain relief. I have chronic back pains and I need to have my abdominal wall muscles to be strong to support my back... This trainer did the trick.. I get a nice burn in 3 sets of 20 and I feel better and better.
