5 out of 5 stars exercise equipment   September 30, 2008
Product does deliver results. Deeper push-ups with less wrist fatigue are always a plus. One piece construction, ready to use out of the box. Delivered in a timely manner. Appears durable for a serious home gym inventory. Recommended for purchase.

4 out of 5 stars Great variation on an already proven excercise   September 26, 2008
I've had this product for a year or so and it has been great. With regular push-ups (in decent shape) I can do 25-30 before I start to feel it in my muscles. With this, 10 or so has my muscles starting to burn. I usually do it with my feet propped up about 2 or so feet on a coffee table which really cranks up the intensity.

The only reason I give it a 4 out of a 5 is the construction of it. If you place too much pressure on the thing unevenly, the product stops rotating freely. Just wish it was made of metal so it doesn't flex as much when using it.

5 out of 5 stars Got mine from Costco/ DVD include   September 26, 2008
I received mine from Costco for 29.95, which included the Power 10 Workout DVD. This is a great deal since the going price on Amazon is 39.95 without the DVD, which is a $15 value. The devices work perfectly and no longer do my wrist hurt while I do push ups. I have only had them for a couple of days, so I will further my review in the future if I deem necessary.

5 out of 5 stars A Good Product That Will Improve Your Push-Up Form.   September 21, 2008
I had been meaning to do a review of the Perfect Pushup for awhile. I have had mine for quite some time now and have been using them regularly. I'm thoroughly satisfied with them and the Perfect Pushup is an excellent product, mainly due to its highly efficient design and ease of use. The Perfect Pushup is great because it makes pushup execrises much, much easier as well as more effective. The handlebar design ---- I have found ---- greatly reduces the strain on your wrists and elbows, which allows you to get the full, deep push-up form ordinary push-ups don't allow. Works outstandingly on hardwood floors. The handlebars are tough, too, and made to last. The Navy Seal two-minute drill-inspired exercise routine is displayed on an easy to follow chart. Former U.S. Navy Seal and inventor of the Perfect Pushup Alden Mills is obviously a professional who takes pride in his product and his enthusiasm on the instructional dvd is catchy! The Perfect Pushup bars may take some getting used to at first for each individual user, but overall this is a great product and I would recommend it strongly for anyone wanting to improve their push-up technique and form and produce better results.

1 out of 5 stars The Perfect Pushup   September 15, 2008
4 out of 5 found this review helpful

I heard good things about the perfect pushup and wanted to buy them to see how good they really are. I have been working out for a long time. I also do regular pushups which are the best pushups. The perfect pushup works against your rotator cuff which isn't good because I found out the hard way. I have a strained rotator cuff now and have to take it easy because of it. I have since heard from other people about getting the same type of injury. I wouldn't recomend this product and tell people to stick to the old fashion way of doing pushups which have been around for a long time.
