I want a "safe" sippy, not one made in China December 3, 2007 7 out of 24 found this review helpful
With all the recent coverage on how China does not regard our safety in the least, I find it incredible that a product designed to keep us away from plastics and "safe" is made in China.
I'm getting a SIGG bottle. I will not support a country that could care less if my kids are safe or not!

I fill this bottle with water whenever I leave the house. The opening is large enough to fit ice. Directions I received stated do not put in dishwasher. The only problem we have had (we have four) with the product is if you drop Kanteen with sport cap the sport cap breaks (this happened three times). I give them for gifts. They are a great way to reduce plastic use and exposer.

Purchased four of these containers. Very pleased with all of them. No dissapointments here! Stay Healthy!!
Great Product - But I didn't get the Loop Cap as advertised. November 19, 2007 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I love the Kanteen, but I wanted the loop cap. Kanteen arrived with the flat topped cap. I would buy elsewhere if you want to get the Loop Cap.
GREAT PRODUCT !! November 17, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This product is an investment. If you're looking for something cheap, look elsewhere. For a number of years my family have used Lexan (Nalgene) bottles and due to information about leaching, they've either been discarded or we find them at the bottom of a box somewhere. I have purchased Sigg stainless bottles (outstanding) and preferred to stay away from the aluminum bottles (although in reading Sigg's information they're very safe). Kleen Kanteens are a different design and we've used them for a few years as well. I use my two large (40 ounce) KK's to store water and I use my Sigg traveler bottle to drink out of. My wife uses two of the smaller KK's to use as her primary water bottles. I will buy more Siggs and more KK's, in fact I decided to post this review while shopping on Amazon for a few more. They're a good investment and have taken everything we can dish out at them...
