We bought this one to replace an older one. We needed more capacity.
We got this one and it was missing a cap. We talked with the seller and they got the missing part right out. Works fine, holds a lot and the pump mechanism seems to be much better than the smaller older competetors brand. Time will tell!

The person who designed this used their head. They kept it simple; no bells and whistles just a practical toilet that works perfectly, doesn't leak and is easy to empty and clean

First, and important to me, is customer service. For the price this is a well built product and performs to expectations. Century's customer service is excellent. I had a question about the product, had my answer in a knowledgable and courteous manner in a very short period of time. I am a happy camper with the product and the service!
