 Best and safest scooter on the market December 23, 2007
After checking out many options for our very tall 4 year old we chose this scooter. We love it and our son is thrilled.
Assembly would have been impossible for us as we are totally inept at that sort of thing but my 60 year old father got it together in less than an hour :)
Worst case scenario I guess would be having to take it to a bike shop and beg them to assemble it! But I still think it's totally worth the money!

We have a Huffy scooter with rubber tires and handbrakes for my older son. When my younger son became of age for the same type of thing, we discovered that the Huffy wasn't made anymore. We were delighted with this scooter. Maybe even more so than the Huffy. This sort of scooter is reminiscent of old day scooters, pre Razors. This type of scooter is so much better than a Razor or any of the new fangled types for the money. My sons starting riding this sort of hearty scooter at age 5 - 6. Do your child a favor and forget about the razor!

My daughter loves it. It has a smooth ride. Tires just glide over bumps. Only complaint is the colors wish I could have had a choice. It is a great buy.

We bought this scooter for my daughter's ninth birthday and she loves it!!! It is very well made and is great if you live in an area without perfectly flat sidewalks-Razor scooters need very flat areas and we don't have that in our area. She zooms down the street and flies around the driveway! Little six year old sister loves it and has asked Santa for one for Christmas. We'll have to see if Amazon.com knows Santa!!!

I bought this scooter for my son's 7th birthday. My first intention was to get him a Razor, but after doing a little looking into them, they seemed to be a little on the flimsy side, and have very small wheels and are unable to really go on anything but a very flat surface. So I found this scooter, with its big wheels and brakes. We have a park down the hill from our house and my son just loves riding this thing everywhere, including on the grass, down the hill, sidewalks, right through everything, and its great! He loves it and likes to take it everywhere, and its light weight enough for him to manuever in and out of the house by himself.
