The SSL-200 also features bend sensor technology, which ensures that the loader operates only when the marker is fired. As a ball passes the bend sensor, the agitation arm engages and moves another ball into position. The rest of the time the loader stays inactive. The bend sensor not only prolongs battery life, but also minimizes jamming and improves the efficiency of the agitation arm (more rpm). Plus, the sensor performs consistently with paintballs of any color--unlike many other loaders with electronic eyes, which often struggle to acknowledge certain hues.
