I have a Tippmann 98 without any other upgrades besides this barrel. I do not use expensive paint either, just $20 white box. I can hit exactly where I want to from ~300 FEET AWAY with this barrel, even the refs were amazed by how well my marker shot. My friend used the same barrel and had problems with it, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE BARREL IN ALL THE WAY! MAKE SURE YOU TWIST IT FULLY IN!

My sons and husband all think this was a good expenditure. If I could get them out of the woods, I could have them give you some particulars on the item but they're too busy playing.

Awsome barrel, so much more acurate than the stock barrel, makes it a bit quiter, but it goes straiter farther. For the price you pay its an awsome barrel, tested it out when it first came, and its my favorite. I think my expansion chamber came in handy while using the barrel. BUT BUY IT!!!

I purchased this barrel because I was in need of some superior accuracy.after I put it on my 98 and shot it,I couldn't believe how accurate it was compared to many other(sniper)markers.I've played several times with it,and it hasn't failed me once!All the people that I've played with fear me and my gun because of it's amazing accuracy.Better than any flatline barrel.And it's very silent.

This is a decent barrel for the price you pay. This barrel quieted down my gun, and proved to be very accurate. The one downside is that it can be hard to clean because of all the porting. If you are looking for something decent but not top of the line, this is the way to go.
