I was looking for a starter kit with the MR1 gun. This looked good, at a an awsome price. But the price was to good to be true. All I got was the gun! Nothing else. The gun was new in the package... and its self was a smoking deal. So I kept it anyways. I had to order all my parts and pcs separate. Contacted Amazon, they said it was a generic pic they use for that gun, sorry. But I had the option to return it.

I just took this gun to the field last week. After a few matches, and the outside temp got warmer I had run out of room on the air adjustment. I am using co2 for now but the staff @ venture games in Clayton, Ca were very supportive. He was able to brake my gun down faster than I could get it out of the box when I recieved it. Wow. He cut two spins of the coil, and removed a large rubber washer has he said... "this part is worthless, I don't know why they even put it in here." My gun shot better after the slight mod as well. Great finish and feel. This is my first paintball gun but I really shoped around and talked to many. I love my mr1 olive gun. I also have a 20" barrel on it which improved its accuracy as well. Cant beat the price!!!

heres the thing i bought a brand new Spyder MR1 and when i connected my 20oz C02 tank the trigger barrel and the bold spued frozen C02 all over my hands and legs after suffering from freezer burns i sent it back then i bought a tippmann A-5 not only does it feel better but it is more mod-able it has the same mods but better and tippmann is better known by local repair men and even the manuel is better is has a *FULL* list of the parts save yourself money(in the long run), time and even your skin from peeling skin.
a word for the wize wear gloves when you put your C02 tanks on your crappy MR1s

This is a excelent choice to people who's getting into the sport. Complete with all that you need to start spending a fare amount of money.
