I heard good things about this barrel on paintball review sites. Before I bought it, I was using the stock custom pro barrel (sucked, the darn thing would drop at around 50-60 ft.!). So, I decided to upgrade.
When I first examined the barrel, my first thoughts were- weak, It looks fragile but believe me, it isn't. I'm not saying to go and throw it against a concrete floor, but it will withstand all the bangs and blows that are just a part of paintball.
The barrel is sleek, sexy, insanely light, and was made to sit on the 98 series markers. The accuracy is amazing for the most part. The carry is nice, its not a flatline but it still flies with the best of them. The noise is very good (quiet). I mean, the thing is sitting on a Tippmann- probably on of the loudest guns in the game, so give it a break if it isn't making your gun completely sniper quiet. Over the 98 pro stock, this thing kicks a#% times 10!
