5 out of 5 stars Works!   February 14, 2008

Works well. You may want to put Loctite on the set screws (there are 3 vertical [adjust level up/down] and 3 horizontal set screws going into the vertical screws) as it can move on you after a few boxes. Also I had to use a little sand paper to get it to fit right. The part that is in front of the screw that holds it on was a little too thick. It was easy as it's aluminum, I took off just barely more than the paint. Also, your existing rear sight is spring loaded (leaf spring) so after you start to remove the pin, make sure you have a thumb on it to hold it down. I used the back of a small nail to tap out the pin holding in the rear sight.

FYI, I have a 1926 M/91 with a hex barrel. FYI, I used this with an inexpensive NcSTAR long relief 'pistol' scope.
