I ordered my first cycle of Methyl-1D in January of 07. I made exstensive mass gains using this product coupled with Whey Protien. In a six month period I gained nearly 25-lbs of muscle. Obviously this is because I also followed the "Cardinal Rule" of diet and exercise too. There are no real side effects to speak of when used in the perscribed dosage. I've read other reviews that say this product hits the liver pretty hard but I have not felt/seen any side effects. I would, however, warn anyone who is taking a supplement of this type to remember to "play it smart" and cycle off this stuff after about 6-weeks of use. Then come back to it (if needed) in about 5-weeks. I would also not recommend this to anyone under the age of 30.

I ordered several supplements several months ago and never got them. I tracked my package and it ended up over 300 miles away and already delivered. I sent an email to Amazon and they told me to check with my local USPS. I went to my local post office and they confirmed my package was delivered to the address on the shipping label, an address over 300 miles away. They told me to go back to the company it was purchased from. I contacted Amazon again and they said that they would refund the price, including shipping. The person on the phone was very helpful and nice. I was then sent an email wanting my input and I told it like it was. I promptly got a call from a representative asking if I would delete my negative feedback. He said that if I would, he would ship me a supply of Creatine. I originally said no but he convince me that the problem was with USPS and not their company and would not want the negative rating. I then followed the instructions on deleting the email and it has been over a month and still no creatine. I have been repeatedly asked to rate the products that I never got.
