It really works! September 9, 2008
I have taken other sleep and anxiety medications, but this is the first natural product that has worked just as well as the prescribed ones. I would recommend it as a natural choice before you go to the physician.

This is a great product that's anxiety reliving effect can be felt within 30 minites to an hour of consumption of a single capsule. This L-Theanine supplement is all natural and derived from tea plants (Camellia sinensis) Since L-Theanine crosses the blood brain barrier, it increases dopamine and GABA levels in the brain which result in a relaxed, steady mood, which also inhibits the stimulatory properties of caffeine.

A friend recommended this to me for anxiety and it has been a goddess-send. You feel markedly less anxiety within 30-45 minutes, without feeling drowsy or any other side effects, or feeling like you have been medicated. If you are like me and your head just starts to spin when you lay down at night with stressful thoughts, this helped tremendously with that. Great stuff.
