Amazon.com Product Description Consisting of the Madera mask, Sonora Dry snorkel, Splitflex fin, and a pro storage bag to hold it all, this snorkeling bundle from U.S. Divers is a must for water enthusiasts everywhere. The Sonora Dry snorkel hails from U.S. Divers' Sport Rec series, which is distinguished by its high-quality PVC mouthpieces and large bore barrel designs. More significantly, the snorkel features a dry top structure that keeps splashed water out while maintaining an unobstructed airflow. As a result, you needn't worry about filling your lungs with water each time a fellow swimmer kicks up a bit. Other details include a contoured shape for excellent fit and comfort, a full-flex section that helps you fine-tune the angle, and an easy-clear purge valve. The Madera mask, meanwhile, boasts a comfortable and durable hypoallergenic silicone face skirt, along with a two-window front in a sleek, super-slim frame design. User will also love the easily adjustable swivel buckle, which allows for maximum underwater comfort at all times. The Splitflex fin is distinguished by its patented Nature's Wing split blade technology, which reduces drag while increasing lift and propulsion, resulting in a more efficient kick. The beautifully designed fin also offers excellent snap and power compared to other fins, with a little contemporary style and flare thrown in for good measure. And thanks to the super-soft and comfortable foot pocket and adjustable foot strap, the fin feels great even after a long day in the water. The fin is available in three sizes: S (3 to 6), M (6-1/2 to 9-1/2), and L (10 to 13). The entire bundle, which stores easily in the included pro bag, is backed by a two-year warranty.

Holiday Snorkelers July 29, 2008 US Divers Concept ProFlex Adult Deluxe Snorkeling Set: Concept mask, Hydroair 3 snorkel, Proflex adjustable fins, Tote bag
We love to snorkel on our vacations so we decided now that our youngest is eight, it was time to buy our own rather than use borrowed gear. This set gave us complete freedom to go where we wanted, when we wanted. The snorkels worked great!! We snorkeled with sea turtles in Akumal, Mexico right after Hurricane Dolly when the waves were very tempestuous and never had the waves come in through the specially designed top. Visibility was great and the fins moved us quickly through the water. We loved the bags - they were great to keep up with five individual's gear (marked with Sharpee to avoid confusion) and to throw in the back of the jeep and move onto the next adventure, from snorkeling in underground caves to coral reefs to sandy bottoms with sea turtles. It was easy to clean out the inevitable sand and store away until our next adventure arrives.

I just bought this set and tried it out in the local pool. I can see where the straps on the fins and goggles might break if you're not careful, but that is not too big a deal for me. The goggles fit fine, and did not fog up for the time in the pool. The snorkel works as this novice snorkeler expected. The fins are Un-friendly however. Because they have an adjustable strap, they would not stay on very well even though I had them tight. And the fins are hard, not flexible which puts a lot of stress on the foot. In just 15 minutes I was mildly bothered by it (Can't imagine after 3 hours in Tulum it would be any better!). I put on the flexy fins that are individually sized at the pool just to see if I was imagining it - and it was immediate relief. I do not recommend this set up because of the fins. Nifty backpack idea though - wish I could return just the fins!
You get what you pay for. May 6, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
On the plus side...they work. The goggles don't leak & stay tight. The fins stay on just fine. On the negative side...the quality of the materials leaves a bit to be desired. If I had it to do over again, I'd spend a little more money for a better quality set. But if you're on a tight budget, these are definitely for you.
worked very well! April 16, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
We purchased these for our vacation to hawaii, they worked great! we have snorkeled a few times, and these are DEFINATLY worth the money instead of renteding them. the masked fogged up a little but not too bad. the bags to carry them in were also very handy!

This was one of our worst purchases. Rental gear that we have used on previous vacations works better! The snorkle and mask were constant problems, leaking, filling with water, etc. We had to stop snorkling every few minutes and finally just gave up.
