Product Description
The Pacific Outdoors 17-SN825PLB Optima Snowshoe Combo Kit includes the 17-SN825 Optima Snowshoes; a pair of telescoping three-section aluminum snowshoe poles for extra balance and added power; and a convenient carry and storage pouch. The snowshoes feature an anodized T6 aluminum frame that is lightweight, attractive, and strong. The rear deck panel is made of tough, durable Hypalon, and the colorful PE toe-deck panel is long-lasting. Toe-wrap bindings surround your feet to provide support and comfort while walking.

For outstanding traction up and down hills, the snowshoes feature double-claw aluminum crampons. And to prevent toe-hooking and snow from flying up in your face, Pacific Outdoors designed these snowshoes with toe-rod pivots and spring-back bindings. The design features a tapered frame for better maneuverability, and a narrow tail to reduce the chance of cross-stepping. These snowshoes are built to support up to 175 pounds, and the adjustable heel strap fits nearly all boot and shoe sizes.

Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Pacific Outdoors Optima Snowshoe Binding Problem   April 2, 2008
3 out of 3 found this review helpful

We were very disappointed in the snowshoes. The straps kept working loose in the buckles allowing the snowshoes to come off. One had to have another person get down and pull very hard and try to tie a knot around the buckle to make them work. Very frustrating. We have a pair of LL Bean snowshoes and their bindings are very superior to the Pacific Outdoors Optima snowshoes.
