Yes they are waterproof and very warm but mine lasted 2 full days before they stitching on the elastic broke. Not happy and I am waiting for Baffin's response.

These boots were a gift to a college student in the snow-belt who likes functionality, but wanted a little style. They are completely waterproof and warm! He loves them so much! These boots are highly recommended.

bought for Christmas for my husband, he loves them for slipping on and good grip on bottom if you live in cold icy weather.
