Product Description In-Mold Microshell offers protection and durability for the trail ahead. Blade visor easily snaps into place to protect your eyes from the sun and rain. 21 large vents with channeled ventilation keep your head cool. ErgoDial fit system with Cam-Lock levers provide a perfect fit whether youre on or off the beaten path.
Product Description The Bell Slant Fusion Sport Bike Helmet is constructed with a fusion in-mold microshell, which utilizes the process of bonding the helmet's microshell to its EPS foam layer, rather than forming the two separately and taping them together later, to provide a sturdier, more solid helmet. This helmet features Bell's ErgoDial fit system to deliver an easy one-hand adjustment with the press of a button and slide of the dial for a firm, snug and comfortable stability. The Slant also features a removable blade visor, and cam-lock levers that make it easy to adjust the straps around your ears. For your comfort, this bicycle helmet includes 21 channeled vents that are specially designed to force cool, fresh air in through the front and around your head, while flushing warm air out of the rear ports. The Slant helmet comes in Bell's Universal Adult size (54-61cm), weighs 300 grams, and complies with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's safety standards for bicycle helmets. Helmet Tips--You Should Always... - Wear a helmet when you ride
- Wear your helmet low in the front to protect the forehead
- Fasten your buckle and tighten your chin strap
- Check your adjustments every time you wear your helmet
- Inspect your helmet regularly for signs of wear or damage
- Wear a helmet designed for your activity

Good Helmet September 22, 2008 This helmet looks good and fits well, although I did add a little extra padding of my own. Shipping was somewhat slow and it had a gouge in the firm styrofoam they make these things out of, but not worth sending it back for.
White Slant Bike Hemlet September 8, 2008 great visibility from bright colors and great protection & comfort as well, universal size fits well with the available strap settings, well made construction, removable visor offers greater flexibility and style & useful too. Highly recommended.

This is a superior helmet that's easy to fit. Recommended by Consumer Reports also.
Good Fit June 27, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Returning to bike riding after ten years a new bike helmet was in order. After reading reviews in various places the Bell Slant was my choice. Ease of adjustment for a good fit and reasonable appearance were important considerations. The helmet has met both needs. Therefore I have been wearing it on my weekend rides. It is comfortable, secure and does not require constant adjustment as did helmets of years ago. For the price it even looks fine.
Bell Slant June 1, 2008 Overall good helmet, fit and finish is superb. Good price. Chin strap just below the ear is a little different from high end helmets. Nothing you cant get used to though.
