If I were Amazon I would drop this seller July 3, 2008
Spyder Pilot ACS Red Sniper Bronze Package - no where does it say it was a referbished gun. It was...
I paid $40.00 for 2nd day shipping and did not receive it for 7 days. This gun was a birthday gift for my son. He had a paint ball party and he was the only one there without a gun. I called the company, they did nothing to help. They tried to blame it on FedX, I called FedX and found out the seller didn't send it until 3 days after the order was placed and they sent it expedited (that means 4 days), so 7 days later my son got his gift. I tried several times to call and email Amazon and got no response. I do a lot of business with Amazon and I had just purchased a Kindle and had planned on doing a lot more, but I am really going to have to rethink this. I just can't begin to tell you how hurt and upset I was and still am that I put my trust in your company to provide a service and a product within the time promised and paid for. Not happy at all.
I had to put 1 star because the system wouldn't let me leave 0.
