this is by far one of my favorite rifle barrels for my tippmann 98 custom and it has pissed my friends off who were at a loss at how i could take the same gun and consistently get head shot on them at range....shhhh bigger and longer is better but not more than 16 inches. just watch mounting while holding the front site it will loosen it and scratch yo barrel but if you have an allen wrench you are back in business, oh by the way avoid the similar barrel with the piccateny rails the screws are too shallow and i had to redrill all the hold and buy larger deeper screws but afterwards it works better than it could have as it came and sturdy too but im a pretty good jerry rigger
