I bought this video for my son's birthday. He has really enjoyed it. The only down fall was that he didn't receive it on time for his birthday. They said that it was shipped but delivery was stopped some where along the way because when you went to track the package, it never went any place. I had to send an email and then the package was shipped out again. I asked that I have my shipping refunded since it took so long for the video to arrive and they said they would do that. I haven't received my credit card statement yet, so I don't know if this was done.
