 Shipping Policies and Procedures Flawed! January 14, 2008
Shipping restrictions listed by Amazon state the merchant does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. This is not true as I then attempted to purchase the ladder from the merchant direct and they included "Armed Forces Pacific" and "Armed Forces Other" as options for the state. This always means that the merchant will ship to this typw of address. The day after I placed the order (as part of a present for my son's birthday), I received an email stating that Jumpstart did not ship to APO addresses and requested a continental US address. I am willing to pay the USPS shipping, but they appear to be inflexible for servicemembers. I do not recommend using them for these reasons.

This is a great ladder...great for children. They can get a better foot "hold" and won't slip.

Why didn't we buy this ladder 2 years ago! No more having to lift smaller children onto the trampoline. Durabilty is good after 2 months, but I'm holding off the final star till I've seen it in action longer.
Great ladder July 10, 2007
I did not even know they made these things until I ran across it while searching for a trampoline online. This product is great. I have told all of my friends about it. If you have a trampoline, you have to get one of these. It is so much safer than some of the other things I have seen people using to climb into their trampolines. It is sturdy and well made.

Fits great and has comfortable and safe flat steps unlike some cheaper trampoline ladders with slippery and uncomfortable round rungs.
