 Great Item! - would recommend June 23, 2008
Hi,
I really enjoy my Pilates Power gym. It's the first as seen on tv product I purchased that is well made. It came already put together and is really easy and fun to use. I've seen results from it. I live in an apartment and wanted a small unit that I could use when I can't get to the gym. I like that it's compact and that it doesn't take up much room. I will say if you are a big or tall person, the board size is not that big. I'm 5'5" tall. Overall, great product.
Pilates Power Gym a good addition to my home gym June 20, 2008
I debated for about 8 months whether to buy this machine or not. I checked out many sights to read reviews and finally about 2 months ago I bought this machine. It arrived quicker than I thought it would and the package was in good shape. This is a sturdy little machine and I can do pilates or strength training. I use it in conjunction with my treadmill, rebounder, and free weights. I really like it.

Pilates Power GymI love the variety of exercises I can do - quick results with a focused workout and it's great for stress management! The power cords are easy to adjust and the incline angles are comfortable. The handgrips are very ergonomic, well padded and it is extremely easy to change positions and intensity of resistance. I look forward to my evening sessions after work and find it relaxing. I'm even sleeping better! It's great to do while listening to music.

This machine is awesome. I had a similar machine that was too large for my small house. This one is perfect. Easy to move from room to room and provides a total workout. There is enough resistance to accomplish whatever level of performance you wish to obtain. It tones all the areas that women especially have trouble with. The fact that it comes assembled makes it even more perfect.

Love this unit. Plus when I had a very small customer service issue, the customer service at Amazon far exceeded any expectations I had. Unit is great for small spaces. Wish it had more DVD options, even to purchase!
