I started using the beach Body series while at a conference with my friend. She had almost all of the DVDs made by this company and I was anxious to get my own. I am hypothyroid and sometimes feel like nothing will work! Well after a week of doing various DVDs while away, my boyfriend could definitely see a difference and I felt a difference in just one week!! So I ordered this set before getting home and have been doing it since it arrived. This is a fun and effective workout and it keeps you pumped for more!! Chalene is a lot better than some of their other instructors. I did NOT like Shawn T for example is another beach body instructor. I hope it keeps me hooked. I had to order the one that did me in, the total body jam, with the same people (Chalene Johnson). It really kicked my butt!!!
