This bicycle floor pump also utilizes revamped dual-stage, dual-action internals, as well as refined working parts for better reliability and serviceability. This allows the AirTower 5 to reach 100psi with only 10 strokes. Features such as an oversized base and a contoured T-handle make sure this bicycle pump is easy and comfortable to use. This AirTower pump also features a new Presta/Schrader double-barrel head, and a relocated stage-selector button. I bought this since my Ex had a Blackburn, and I found I could top off my car tires with it easily. This one is just as good. I tried another "heavy duty" model from my favorite outdoors store, and it took 20-30 strokes to add a couple of PSI to a car tire. Returned it to get this one. Blackburn's dual-action feature means it's pumping well on both strokes, and the volume allowed me to add 2-3 psi to my Acura's tires in minutes, with a minimum of fuss. Well built, and comfortable to use. I'm glad I stuck with Blackburn.
