Classic Victorinox Swiss Army Knives October 11, 2008 I ordered these knives as an "extra" for my older nieces and nephews for Christmas; we give them gift cards to book stores, ad I like to give them a small item, too. These are top-quality knives and last for years. I have one that sees almost daily use, and it's over 25 years old.
Victorinox Classic SD Alox is a winner! September 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great product at a great price (current free ship deal at Luggage Biz). The alox version of this classic small knife/tool is much slimmer than the original, and better looking to boot. You give up the toothpick and tweezers, but it's well worth it. BTW, the "SD" stands for "screwdriver"---the nail file's tip is squared off so as to make it a small screwdriver blade. Highly recommended.
Cool knife September 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Since 9/11, I really had quit carrying a pocket knife, but have missed it a lot, just for the little things. Recently, I realized that I haven't been traveling much, so why not get a knife again. I wanted something special, so I got the aluminum version. These knives keep their edge and are sharp, so don't play with it in your pocket or you will get cut. This one doesn't have the useless tweezers or toothpick (would you put that in your mouth). Just the right size. I've even used the sissors, already.
