Trudging through dense brush while trying sometimes in vain to follow a blood trail in the dark is not what hunting is all about. But if your wounded game wandered through the woods, you haven't had a choice-till now.

Came across this by accident.
The product should be removed from Amazon and all of the inventory smashed.
Best tracking light ever October 24, 2008
This light works exactly like it should. The technology is amazing and really works well. I like the fact that you can go back and forth from regular incandescent light to the blood tracking light quickly and easily with one hand. I use it in combination with he headlamp and get great results.
I makes tracking really easy.
Gerber Carnivore Tracking Light September 21, 2008
The order arrived promptly and the light itself would be able to do everything it was suppose to. When Gerber first released this light it was way overpriced as the durable quality is questionable e.g. water resistant and made of light breakable plastic. I don't know how well this would hold in the field being in rain and thrown in the bottom of your pack that possibly could crush the light. The scientifically combined led blue and red lights offer great blood tracking and I like the option of the white xeon light so you can see and get yourself out of the dark and home.

If you need to track blood you are a lame shot and should not "hunt." Head to the grocery store.
