Does the trick January 8, 2009 This is the second brush I've had - my husband broke the first after using it with a little too much force. It's nothing fancy but generally stands up to the job of cleaning my cast iron. Might be worth buying a few at a time if you use your cast iron a lot!
Not worthy of Lodge January 1, 2009 I love Lodge. I own several pieces of their cast iron cookware. I am astounded that they would market a brush of such poor quality. I was careful with it, yet got 4 uses from it before it fell apart. This product is in no way worthy of the excellent name of Lodge.
lodge cast iron scrubber brush December 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product had no description as to the country of origin. As a consumer I assumed that it was an american product because it was being sold by Lodge cast iron products. The cost of postage to return it would be not to my advantage. A items should be identified as not being made by american labor!!! This makes me very leery about any future dealings with shady manufacturers. The cost of production savings is not passed on to the consumers that keep these companies in business, but the profits they gain are.
Great little scrubber!! December 6, 2008 Perfect brush to keep your Dutch Oven neat and tidy. Long handle very helpful. Money well invested.
Worst product I have ever purchased November 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought one of these a few months ago and it broke almost immediately. The metal prongs that attach the head to the handle popped out of the handle the very first time I used it.
I couldn't believe that something would be so poorly made, so, embarrassingly, I purchased another one. The second one broke BEFORE I EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO USE IT. Again, the head popped off the handle.
Unbelievably bad.
