1 out of 5 stars Poor response to a request for order status   July 10, 2008

The magazine is ok. The response from your Magazine Subscription/Administrator is woefully inadequate. I ended up ordering twice because I could not find the status of the first order. I am not happy and probably will not order magazines from Amazon again. David Furr

5 out of 5 stars Fabulous mag. for nature lovers!   January 24, 2008

If you are a hunter or a nature lover, the pictures in this magazine are well worth every penny. I really enjoy reading the articles and finding out about new products on the horizon. Whether its deer or fish, they always have some information I can use.

4 out of 5 stars field and stream   January 30, 2007

Well, I actually bought this for my brother in law for christmas but acidently put my address in for shipping purposes. I called to make the correction, but I still began receiving them at my address. If I have to start shipping them to him myself, I will lose all the savings I received by purchasing it through you. I don't like to go to the post offfice because I have to take my kids with me. This is not a favorite trip for 2 and 5 year olds. Can you under stand why this might frusterate me?

4 out of 5 stars Good reading for the outdoorsman (person)   September 24, 2004

If your looking for a degree in Wildlife management go to college and spend a bunch of money! If your looking for interesting reading material I would say this is my favorite outdoor magazine. By the way I am a student in Wildlife managemet and 99% of the time what they say is true. And the way they write it makes it so much nicer to read than text book!

2 out of 5 stars Yuppified by the minute, yet stupider by the second   November 3, 2001

You would think that as the history of Field and Stream progresses and the editors and writers become high class city folk they would at least go to a college and learn to write intellegently. This magazine is full of nothing but opinions (not that i disagree with them, i just wished they sounded smart when voicing their thoughts). These writers have no background in wildlife management, yet give advice like they do. And if they do have a management background, I am glad i'm not getting my Wildlife Resource degree there. Field and Stream has became another tool of arguement. Readers yelling at writters and writters responding with cussing (no joke). The only joke here is field and Stream. Teaches nothing. Says nothing. Costs a lot.
