as soon as i got it i started paintballing and one of the plastic sheets snapped in half with nearly no pressure

I ordered 2 of these vests along with 2 tactical airsoft masks. The vest is good quality. The protection is from small, thin pad inserts that give good protection from airsoft BB's. That is, of course, minimal upperbody protection and cannot be compared to other airsoft vests when it comes to protection. It's a really good deal though if you just want to play around. Bottom line, its better than a just a shirt and is worth $5!
