Cushsole offers cushioning and flexibility. DRB? Accel high-density compound under midfoot provides support and torsional stability for smooth heel-to-toe transition. Amazon.com Product Description The Radius 7 does more than just measure up. Now enhanced with the breakthrough performance and long-lasting cushioning of the MoGo midsole, it delivers an improved heel-to-toe ride, smooth stability, and maximum spring per step. A broad footprint and arch pod provide support for slight and late- stage over-pronators. By our calculations, increased mileage shouldn?t equal shin splints?and this shoe concurs.

Excellent shoes September 30, 2008 I was nervous buying running shoes online, but these did not disappoint in the least. I've had no foot or shin pain while wearing these.
Brooks Radius 7 - great for me... August 31, 2008 I love these shoes. Overall, the Brooks brand fit my feet well (and this is the most important consideration when buying any athletic shoe), and these are no exception. I had been using the Brooks Burn that I liked alot, but these offered a little more lateral support and better cushioning. As far as daily use, I either run 2-3 miles, walk 4-6 miles, or bike 10-15 miles in these shoes, and completed a marathon on my first pair. Never a blister. Great for the summer and hot weather months because of the great ventilation. On the down side, when the temp drops below 35, it takes me about a mile to get my toes warm.
Brooks Men's Radius 14 2E May 28, 2008 A little shorter than I expected. Should have gone with the 15's but still felt o.k. Overall a good cushioned shoe from toe to heal. I like Brooks shoes a lot.
Great shoe. Highly recommended if you need support May 20, 2008 Like John below, I am big and have tried a bunch of shoes. I use these for walking, jogging, and running on a treadmill. By far the best shoe I have owned, and I now own two pair. Mine ran a half size small, YMMV.
Great blend of cushioning and stability February 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've tried all the big names, Nike, Adidas, Reebok. This shoe out performs all of them, and the price is less. I'm a fairly big man, 6'2" and 230 pounds. This is the first shoe that allows me to run aggressively, pound the pavement, and NOT make my knees hurt. I won't be going back to those other brands anytime soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
