Have used these shoes,recommended for walking, on several occasssions now. They are comfortable and relieved me of the sore ankles I was getting on long walks. I also like the velcro fasteners and don't understand why anyone would purchase shoelace shoes. The only question which will be unanswered for awhile is the shoes durability.
