This is the best every day pill you will ever need.I have always had a problem with anxieties,mood swings,as well as female problems.I tried one doctor prescribed medication after another ending up with unwanted side effects that just made me feel even more worse than I was before.The only side effect with St.Johns Wort that I noticed was sensetivity to sun light.I never did like taking medicene.And certainly don't want to take anything unnatural.St Johns Wort Extended release tablets are great since you only have to take one pill a day instead of two,or three of the regular kind.It's perfect for anyone who is afraid to take medications and don't want to risk dangerous side effects.Bare in mind when you first start taking them it takes a month or so to really feel the change in your mood and well being.For me it did take care of my anxieties right away but my mood swings a little longer.I know quite a few family members and friends who swear on this product.That's how I got to try it.I'm very glad I did.I feel more energetic.People have told me I seem more out going.And I don't get painful periods anymore as well which was something I was not expecting at all.All I do is eat right,exorcise and take one St Johns Wort a day and my mind and body are at 100%

I've tried a variety of different St John's products. I've found the time release to be the best answer. I don't buy anything else now. I noticed the difference right away.

I was not sure how good the tablets would work, but I have to say they work just fine. I tab a day vs. 3 capsules, more convenient and saves me money, too! They have a strong odor, but it's to be expected for the potency.
