This is for the "kit" only. The "kit" only contains the hardware and accessories (swings, ropes, nuts, bolts...etc) -- *not* the lumber. If you want the full, ready-to-assemble set (including lumber), see the package pricing offered on the Bishop Wood Products website (Google it).
