GREAT TIME SAVER! October 24, 2008 Everything we needed for installation was in the package. Installation was a snap and now winterizing our RV is a SNAP!!
Hose is too short... December 6, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My biggest issue is that the hose is too short. It should be long enough to travel from the floor (where the pump is mounted) to the top of a gallon antifreeze jug and then back down to the bottom of the jug. I couldn't get the antifreeze jug any closer than about a foot away due to the pump's location, so I had to tilt the jug and still could only use about three quarts of the gallon.
I'm planning to extend the hose, but another 12" of hose would have been welcome.
winterization kit October 20, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
incredibly easy to install & use - If you have an RV to get ready for winter storage. then you will need this & the water heater by pass kit. for an easy do it your self pre winter storage of the RV with a water system. yup it would work in a boat too [IF it has an electric water pump]
Valve ports too small - restrict flow December 15, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a really good idea that's flawed in execution. The small 3 way ball valves are not "full port" and the tiny holes really restrict the flow from the water tank to the pump. You're better off buying full port 3 way ball valves and making your own.
