Loved the taste October 21, 2008
I received a few samples of different flavors from the Long Beach Marathon. I tried them out and I loved the Crisp Apple flavor the most.
Excellent September 22, 2008
Love the flavor and the mild caffeine effect. I mix it with unsugared ice tea to make 32 oz total. I only need two scoops of the ClifShot for great flavor and pickup.

I was a bit hesitant to try the Crisp Apple flavor, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I don't like apple juice and was concerned it would taste too authentic, but it's more of a sour green apple flavor, which is quite good in my opinion. This flavor is tied for my favorite with Cran Razz! As an electrolyte replacement it seems to work well, but I've never had any problems with cramping and I'm not too picky about anything other than flavor. I like that this flavor has caffeine, too!
