The exercise ball is just fine. About standard. I'm not sure how you'd make a bad one. But I like that the size is adjustable. The pump, however, is worthless. I got this ball instead of others because it seemed like a better deal because of the pump, but I ended up using a bicycle pump (and the adapter that came with the ball) instead of the pump that came with the ball. I haven't checked out the video so I can't comment on that.
