Product Description
The Pacific Outdoors 17-SZ825 SubZero Snowshoes feature an anodized T6 aluminum frame that is lightweight, attractive, and strong. The rear and toe decks are made of tough, durable Lytex, and sturdy Hypalon wraps all around. Toe-wrap bindings surround your feet to provide support and comfort while walking.

For outstanding traction up and down hills, the snowshoes feature double-claw aluminum crampons. And to prevent toe-hooking and snow from flying up in your face, Pacific Outdoors designed these snowshoes with toe-rod pivots and spring-back bindings. The design features a tapered frame for better maneuverability, and a narrow tail to reduce the chance of cross-stepping. These snowshoes are built to support up to 175 pounds, and the adjustable heel strap fits nearly all boot and shoe sizes.

5 out of 5 stars Super snowshoes!   April 25, 2008
I bought these to replace a pair that had broken after only six uses. The previous ones cost $180 and these were less than $50 and just as good!

4 out of 5 stars Snowshoe review   April 5, 2008
So far, I really like these snowshoes. I haven't tried them on powder, but on hard pack, they are GREAT! The ice grippers on bottom are very good. The bindings are a little tight in the toe for my high snow boots, but work well with my hiking boots. That would be the only change I would make...adjustable toe strap. They are easy to get into and out of. Thanks!

4 out of 5 stars Good Snowshoes   January 27, 2008
These snow shoes are good. I would suggest them to anyone looking to purchase a pair.

5 out of 5 stars Very simple to use   January 27, 2008
Three simple straps make a snug fit over toes and around the heel. Just pull to tighten and lift the buckle tabs to loosen. They come off easier than they go on. The ice-gripping teeth are well-placed (right in the middle)and very effective on glare ice. Pretty durably built, too. A good deal for the price.

5 out of 5 stars D the job!   January 19, 2008
I bought these snowshoes for myself for Christmas, but really needed them when my husband and I spent the holiday at our cottage in Northern New York State on the Canadian-US border.

That area had received significant snowfall just prior to our arrival but getting into our property and also around the grounds made it so much easier with these practical snowshoes.

We give them our highest endorsement!
