I can finally swim in our small above ground pool at home. I have had the HomeSwimmer for over a year now and found that it was very easy to install and use. The pole is brilliant because unlike other bungee cord products in the market which I have used, this system provides an upward pull making my swimming experience that much better. I dont't feel a drag from behind me that I felt with other swimming tethers. The spring also allows for variable resistance so the harder I swim the greater my workout. I am hoping to be able to enter a Master Swimmers group to compete later this year.
